Ticket availability, fare, cancellation, refund, date change and other charges are subject to the applicable airline and fare rules.

8. TOUR PACKAGES
Package availability, cancellation and refund conditions depend on the applicable airline, hotel, tour operator and booking terms.

9. OVERSEAS JOBS
Job availability, salary, position, eligibility, contract and employer requirements may vary by vacancy and employer.

10. REFUNDS
Refunds, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed service terms and the applicable rules of the concerned service provider or authority.

11. PROCESSING TIME
Processing time may vary due to government authorities, embassies, airlines, employers or other external service providers.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents.
