By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Indian Tour and Travel (ITT), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include professional assistance and consulting for passport applications, driving license renewals, and other travel-related documentation processes in Delhi. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our professional services.
User Obligations
Documentation Accuracy
The user is solely responsible for providing true, accurate, and complete information and documents required for government applications. ITT acts as a facilitator and advisor; any rejection, delay, or legal consequence arising from forged documents, misinformation, or non-disclosure of critical facts by the user is the user’s sole liability. Users must ensure that all biometric and physical presence requirements at government centers are met as scheduled.
Payments & Refunds
Service Fee Structure
Consultation fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule to initiate the file processing. Government application fees paid through the PSK or RTO portals are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Professional service fees are refundable only if the work has not been initiated. Once documentation, appointment booking, or consulting has commenced, the service fee becomes non-refundable due to the resource allocation required for your case.
Privacy Policy

ITT is committed to managing your data with absolute confidentiality. The information collected via our Opt-in Form (Name, Phone, Service Required) is used strictly for provide the requested consultation and support. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies. By submitting your details, you grant ITT consent to contact you via telephone or electronic messaging regarding your specific documentation inquiry.

Limitation of Liability
Please be advised that ITT is a professional facilitation agency and is not empowered to grant passports or licenses. Final decisions rest entirely with the Government of India authorities (Ministry of External Affairs / Transport Department). ITT shall not be held liable for administrative delays, technical portal failures, or changes in government policy that may affect the timeline or outcome of your application.
