Service charges are disclosed prior to start. Payments via Card, UPI, POS, or Cash must use official ITT channels. Customers must confirm all rates and terms before proceeding further.
PASSPORT SERVICES
Costs vary by case type, such as renewals or complex objections. An advance is required to begin, with government fees billed separately as per the specific requirements.
VISA SERVICES
Costs depend on the destination and category. Advance payment is needed to start, though final approval remains exclusively with the relevant embassy or authority.
DRIVING LICENCE SERVICES
Fees depend on the specific license case. An initial deposit initiates the process, with government charges communicated separately and the balance due as per agreement.
TOUR PACKAGES & AIR TICKETING
Terms are shared before confirmation. Payments depend on vendor policies. Note that refunds and changes are strictly subject to airline and hotel booking conditions.
DOCUMENTS & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Clients must supply accurate documents. ITT uses personal data solely for service processing. Additional information may be requested to complete specific case files.

REFUND & CANCELLATION
Refunds are processed according to agreed terms and third-party charges. Any non-refundable government, airline, or hotel fees will be communicated to the client directly.
